I recently ran out of Ultramarine blue so I went to my local Hobby Lobby store and thought , this will only take a few minutes. I found the ultramarine blue acrylic paint, but there were 2 shades. One was green and the other was red. I’m standing there scratching my head not knowing which I normally use. After opening the tubes and realizing they were sealed and I could actually eyeball the colors, I tried to rationalize it in my head. Then it came to me. AHA! Here is a YouTube video just waiting for me to make it.
So, I bought both tubes and was happily on my way. I decided I’d open them both to see if I could see any visible difference, which I couldn’t. The only difference was in the consistency, one was very creamy and the other was not. But when I started to mix them, that’s when the differences showed up.
