I am an artist that loves to teach and paint. I paint in acrylics and am known for painting charming floral art and bucolic scenes.
Painting things like barns, trees, mountains, creeks and flowers in glass jars are just some of the things that make my heart sing.

I began painting 22 years ago when I was quite ill and “learn to paint” was on my bucket list. I struggled learning for lack of information for beginners. I found that there was lots of information for those who already knew some things, but not much was available for those who were true beginners. That’s when I decided that if I ever did get it, I would teach any beginner who wanted to learn.
That’s when Painting With Acrylics 101 was born. In Painting Wth Acrylics 101 there is the Painting With acrylics Academy, a complete art course for beginners. In 2021 I created the Beginner’s Painting Club, a monthly membership where beginners receive new classes on Fundamentals, Elements of Art, and Tutorials on a particular subject every month. Members have access to a huge painting class library and progress at their own pace.
