Monet Immersive Experience

Immerse Yourself in Monet’s Vision

Welcome to the Monet Immersive Experience, an awe-inspiring journey that transports you into the vibrant and enchanting world of the renowned French artist, Claude Monet. This extraordinary exhibition offers a unique opportunity to step inside Monet’s masterpieces and immerse yourself in the beauty of Impressionism like never before.

Recently a fellow artist/art lover and I headed up I-71/75 North to Cincinnati, Ohio to do just that.  We purchased the VIP tickets that included not only the exhibit but also the virtual reality of Monet that was like nothing I’ve ever experienced before.  It was breathtaking.

I created this short video of our experience. Enjoy!

Monet, a pioneer of impressionism lived 1840-1926 in France and through cutting-edge technology and meticulous attention to detail, the Monet Immersive Experience recreates the artist’s iconic works with stunning accuracy. From inside Monet’s studio to the lily ponds of Giverny  and the nearby train station, each painting has been virtually crafted to transport you into Monet’s world.  All your senses will be utilized as your hear the songs of birds and the water in the koi pond as his art envelopes you.

One reason I love Monet is later in his life he had arthritis in his hands so badly, his son would strap the brushes to his hands and he would paint that way.  I love his spirit of always the artist right up until the end of his life.

One of the many quotes we enjoyed was “other than painting and gardening, I can do nothing”.  For those of us that love his work, that was enough.

These traveling exhibits go all over the country and if one comes to your area, I highly recommend going.  Your heart will be filled with inspiration and motivation as you play the experience over and over in your mind.  As Monet’s art comes alive in front of you with smoky locomotives passing by and the koi swimming beneath your feet you will be changed forever.

While on my YouTube channel, I also created several short videos of the experience, less than one minute, you’ll probably enjoy as well.

I witnessed another inspiring event recently when high school students from the Switzerland County High School volunteered to clean up the patio at The Community Art Center in the heart of Vevay. They worked hard and the transformation is something wonderful that the entire town can enjoy.

Have a wonderfully inspiring day, week and month.
