Don’t Let Frustration Stop You!
Frustration probably stops more artists than most of us know. Many think they should just be able to go to the easel and paint a masterpiece without any knowledge of color, understanding of values or practicing ever. That is not how it works.
People who come here with so much talent they never need to practice or learn any of the other skills needed to create art are so few and far between. They are a myth.
In this video you will learn ways you can improve your art without spending any money. You will spend time, but you don’t need any special tools or lessons.
Yes I really do use freezer paper to practice on. It’s slick, it’s cheap and it’s readily available. I love that I don’t have to fight the tooth of the canvas and I can just concentrate on creating strokes or marks and improving parts of my art I need to work on and improve.
I hope this video helps you realize that there is only one way to improve your art and that is through practicing with a purpose. Deciding on what you need to practice on and working on that specifically and you will begin to see improvement in your art.
Don’t let that frustration voice talk you into putting away your paints. Let that voice know you will continue to practice and improve your art and the voice may as well leave now.
